PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin mirror which can achieve the simplification of a manufacturing stage by executing the injection molding of a synthetic resin layer and the transfer of a vapor deposition sheet with one manufacturing stage. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin mirror 1 consisting of a vapor deposition sheet 2 and a synthetic resin layer 3 is formed by successively laminating a reflection layer 6 and an adhesive layer 7 on one surface of a transparent base sheet 5 and laminating a UV coating layer 4 on the other surface of the base sheet 5. The synthetic resin mirror is formed by placing the vapor deposition sheet 2 into the cavity of metal molds and insert molding the synthetic resin layer 3 by injecting a synthetic resin to the adhesive layer 7 side of the vapor deposition sheet 2. Further, the peripheral edge 9c of the cavity 9b of the metal molds is subjected to processing of a three-dimensional shape and the three- dimensional shape is transferred to a UV coating layer 4 of the vapor deposition sheet 2 in injection molding, by which the distortion and shrinks generated at the peripheral edge 45a of the synthetic resin mirror 1 are obscured in the injection molding.
