PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell operation control system, whereby a fuel cell can be operated over a long period, without being influenced from the external factors of the fuel cell. SOLUTION: This system comprises a fuel gas exhaust line L2 discharging a fuel exhaust gas 13 discharged from the fuel cell 11, an air supply line L3 supplying air 14 from the exterior to the fuel cell 11, an air exhaust line L4 discharging exhaust air 15 from the fuel cell 11, air preheater 16 provided between the air supply line L3 and air exhaust line L4 to preheat the supply air 14 using the waste heat from the exhaust air 15, an air supply bypass line L5 which is branched from the air supply line L3 and detouring the air preheater 16 without air preheating, a temperature indicator 31 measuring the temperature in the fuel cell 11, and a computing element 32 for computing temperature information from a temperature indicator 17 and air flow rate information in the air supply lines L3, L4 and L5. |
