PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectronic panel having high accuracy in the gap dimension between substrates and having uniform gap dimension in the whole image display region, and to provided a projection type display device using the optoelectronic panel. SOLUTION: Projections are formed on the surface of a TFT array substrate 2 in such a manner that the projections protrude to the counter substrate 3 and touch the other substrate. Since the projections 25 are formed at specified positions in the pixel of the image display region 36 to control the gap dimension between the substrates, the gap dimension can be controlled by using a gap material appropriate for the sealing material. |
