PURPOSE: Provided is a grommet which doesn't change the physical property of a protection film that forms various cables at high temperature, so that it prolongs the life of car parts. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the grommet comprises the steps of: (i) processing polymer by a pressured roller or so on to increase soft property for 20 minutes at under 80deg.C; (ii) adding carbon blacks, plasticizers, wax or so on to polymer, heating under80 deg.C and mashing for 20 minutes by force; (iii) adding zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, stearic acid, antioxidants or antiozonants, peroxide, coagent, DEU, filter or so on to polymer and mashing for 10 minutes under 80deg.C by force; (iv) passing polymer through a roller and processing as wanted form and thickness; (v) cutting out polymer and injecting into a molding tool to produce the wanted type; and (vi) eliminating overlap of grommet drawn from the molding tool and then finishing surface.
