PURPOSE: A desk is provided to easily produce by forming an upper plate at once and to lengthen the life of a desk by forming the upper plate with a layered reinforced wood. CONSTITUTION: An upper plate(10) is formed by a layered reinforced wood through one forming process. A sill(30) to be folded upward is arranged in the upper plate to prevent a falling of a pencil. A downward folded portion(40) is arranged in the upper plate to reinforce the upper plate. Thereby, a waste of materials is reduced by quickly producing the upper plate. The life of the upper plate is lengthened by preventing the separation of the layers. Moreover, a pain of arms is prevented by the downward folded portion.
