PURPOSE: Provided is shoe for jump which places a support member to receive elastic power of a spring in the bottom of the shoe so that they help people to jump high and run at a distance. CONSTITUTION: The shoe for jump comprises the parts of: a bottom member(1) which is fixed in the bottom of the shoe with including four support pieces(3, 5); a link member(8, 10, 11) which is bound with the support pieces to be rotated; a support member(14) which connects other edge part of the link member bound in the support piece to be rotated and touches with surface; and a fold spring which gives power to the link member for pushing the bottom member and the support member.
