PURPOSE: An on-line education method and a recording media readable from a computer in which an execution program are recorded are provided to improve the ability to study of a user who is short of the voluntary will to study by enabling an operator to provide questions relevant to the user's grade and ability in case that the user uses a computer, and by restricting the use of the user's computer in case that the user doesn't solve problems. CONSTITUTION: A protector of a user who is short of the voluntary will to study connects to an operator site and performs an entrance course(S1). A web server transmits an edu-map program to a user side(S2). The web server provides questions to the user side and performs an estimation stage(S3). The web server allocates the time for the user to use a computer(S4).
