<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor-mounted metal foil, capable of forming a low-cost circuit board and in which high-density mounting operations can be performed and whose noise-resistant property and heat-dissipating property are superior, and to provide its manufacturing method as well as to provide a circuit board which uses the metal foil, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A metal foil 101 is provided, and a plurality of capacitors 110, which are formed on the metal foil 101, are provided. Each capacitor 110 contains a conductive layer 113, which is arranged in the upper part of the metal foil 101.
