Oven has a cavity (CA) with a conveyor belt transporting products from an inlet (E) to an outlet (S). The heating elements (3) are placed in such a fashion that the temperature of the products raises progressively from the inlet then reaches a threshold and start to decrease and the temperature at the outlet is lower than inside the cavity. The waste close to the exit is releasing energy in the form of heat that is used by the waste just entering the cavity.
