PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing mechanism which is excellent in durability and assembling property, and a parts mounting device using this bearing mechanism. SOLUTION: The bearing 15 is integrally composed of a radial bearing mechanism in which plural bar rollers 21 arranged in the axial direction of a supporting shaft 16 are held by a housing 22, and a thrust bearing mechanism in which balls 23 are held between a bearing ring 24 and the housing 22. When a driving lever 14 is installed to the bearing 15, and applied to a parts mounting device, the durability which corresponds to the trend to higher speed operation can be obtained, and assembling operations can be facilitated.
