PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin-and-tube type heat exchanger comprising an antibacterial action, in addition to deodorization by decomposing odor components and organic components in domestic order sticking to the heat exchanger which is contained in the circulating air, without having degrade the hydrophilic function during operation. SOLUTION: A tube 11, in which a fluid flows, and multiple fins 14 arranged parallel to each other at a fixed interval, are provided. A hydrophilic coat 13 added with contamination-proof agent and deodorant is provided on the surface of the fin. Thus, an organic material sticking to the surface of fin 14 is decomposed, propagation of mold is suppressed, and the occurrence of adsorption order and mold order are prevented, to maintain hydrophilicity.
