PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily realize environment setting to application software for each network in performing access through each terminal equipment 30A, 30B, and 30C connected to different networks 40A, 40B, and 40C to each network 40A, 40B, and 40C. SOLUTION: Pieces of application setting information 210 for each network environment are stored in an information storing medium 20, and the application setting information corresponding to its own network environment is selected from the plural application setting information stored in the information storing medium 20 by terminal equipment 30A, 30B, and 30C in which the information storing medium 20 is made attachable and detachable. Thus, it is possible to prevent any complicate operation such as the selection or setting of the application corresponding to the network environment of the terminal equipment 30A, 30B, and 30C.
