PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor with a resin layer which is superior in compatibility with an electric charge transferring material, having good potential stability in repeated use, less liable to depletion and superior in durability, a method for producing the photoreceptor and an image- forming device using the photoreceptor. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor with one or more resin layers on the electrically conductive substrate, at least one of the resin layers contains a resin formed by the crosslinking reaction of a resin, having active hydrogen with a condensation compound of a diol compound and a bifunctional isocyanate compound.
