PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suppression electrode displacement caused by the thermal expansion of a lead wire for potential supply connected to the electrode of an electron gun and the deterioration of focusing characteristics and minimize a change in brightness and color over time. SOLUTION: A lead wire 9, 10, 11, 12 connected to an electrode G1, G2, G3s, G3d, G4, G5s, G5d of electron gun is formed of material with a low expansion coefficient and a stress-absorbing portion is formed in the lead wire 9, 10, 11, 12.
