PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection plate which is low in cost and high in versatility, is enhanced in illuminance, is free of illumination unevenness, is capable of making the inside of an atmosphere bright by reflected light free of a gritty feel, substantially prevents the pickup of dust, etc., on the surface and can maintain a reflection effect for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The reflection plate of a four-layer structure is constituted by using a material having elasticity restitutive power and having the nature to allow molding to various shapes by secondary molding as a base material, bonding a foamed white polyester film of >=90% in average reflectivity at a main wavelength of 400 to 700 nm to this base material via an adhesive layer formed on the surface of the base material and applying a high-polymer resin, such as fluorine or silica, to the surface of this film.
