PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a conventional impurities eliminator in a pipe-line is not enough for work efficiency in the case of changeover or a counter-measure in the case of emergency by means of a hydrant. SOLUTION: While a branch pipe 2 and a three-way cook short pipe 3 are continued to form common vertical pipe-lines A1 and A2 in a water distribution pipe 1, the hydrant 6 capable of being operated from the ground in an openable manner is mounted right above a branch pipe-line B of the short pipe. While, the impurities eliminator 4 is so constituted that it is instantaneously detachable right above the vertical pipe-lines. The device mounted so as to eliminate the impurities is equipped with an insertion pipe 41 opened against the flowing direction in the vicinity of the bottom of a main pipe-line 21 of the branch pipe 2 by descending into the continued vertical pipe-lines and an impurities catching surface 42 put on the front end of the insertion pipe 41, pushed against the pipe wall in the vertical pipe-lines and energized so as to fan out in the main pipe-line 21 of the branch pipe, so that the problem is solved by efficiently catching the impurities flowing a partiality for the approximately bottom of the pipe to eliminate.
