PURPOSE: A process for preparing a dry film by coating a mixed solution on mold release paper, coating one component resin foam thereon, attaching released paper, buffing or embossing and peeling the mold release paper and released paper is provided. Whereby, the dry film has physical properties of wet film. CONSTITUTION: This dry film is prepared by the characterized process consisting of: coating a mixture of 16% by weight of polyurethane, 48% by weight of MEK, 31% by weight of toluene, 0.5% by weight of a foaming agent and 4.5% by weight of a pigment on released paper(11); passing through a drying chamber(16a) at 150deg.C; coating one component resin foam of 48% by weight of polyurethane, 50% by weight of MEK, 1.5% by weight of an additive A, 0.15% by weight of an additive B, 0.2% by weight of a foaming agent and 0.15% by weight of a pigment; attaching released paper(19) to the resin layer(14); and peeling the released paper and mold release paper.
