PURPOSE: A heating apparatus is provided which has a small size, heats a material rapidly using an electric heater and is used for various purposes. CONSTITUTION: A heating apparatus that heats a fluid such as water or plating solution stored in a tank includes a housing(4,6), a plurality of heating pipes(8) and a plurality of electric heaters(10). The inlet and outlet of the housing are connected to the tank so that the fluid filled in the tank passes through the housing to be circulated. The heating pipes penetrate both ends of the housing. The electric heaters are being inserted into the heating pipes. The heating pipes are heated using the electric heaters to heat the fluid that passes through the housing to be circulated. The heating pipes are made of titanium.
