<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a corrugated tube by regulating the direction of a slit of the corrugated tube when installing the corrugated tube on an electric wire bundle of a. wire harness. SOLUTION: The electric wire bundle W is laid along an electric wire holder 16 erected on an assembling work plate 15 of the wire harness, and this installing jig 11 provided with a guide plate 14 insertable along the slit 1a of the corrugated tube 1 is interposed in an out-fitting area of the corrugated tube 1 in the electric wire bundle W from the required direction. Next, the corrugated tube 1 is out-fitted to the electric wire bundle W so as to run the slit 1a along the guide plate 14 of the installing jig 11, and one end of the corrugated tube 1 is fixed to the electric wire bundle W by a tape T in this state. Afterwards, the guide plate 14 is retreated from the slit 1a and the electric wire bundle W, and next, the other end of the corrugated tube 1 is fixed to the electric wire bundle W by the tape T.</p> |
