PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly recompose a three-dimensional picture from plural ultrasonic tomographic images having arbitrary positions and attitudes. SOLUTION: In a step S1, a pair of the first stored ultrasonic tomographic image and an adjacent ultrasonic tomographic image, their position data, and their direction data are taken out. In a step S2, it is discriminated whether the taken-out ultrasonic tomographic image, position data, and direction data are the first or not. If they are not the first, a distance r between the pair of taken-out ultrasonic tomographic images is calculated in a step S3. In a step S4, the number N of interpolation images required to fill up the gap between the pair of ultrasonic tomographic images is determined. One of an ultrasonic tomographic image 11 and an ultrasonic tomographic image 12 is used as interpolation images. |
