PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real time wait time graph generating system. SOLUTION: The real time wait time graph generating system 10 consists of a plurality of bin arrays 14 that maintains instance counts of a data value within a current range, each of which maintains an instance number of data value within a specific part of the current range and each of which has an equal size, of an array 15 that maintains performance data values not within the current range, a logic means that receives a data value, a logic means 21 that discriminates whether or not the data value is within the current range, a logic member 25 that increases a numeral of a specific bin array selected on the basis of the data value among a plurality of the bin arrays when the data value is within the current range, logic means 27, 28 that store the data value to the array when the data value is not within the current range, and a logic means 25 that applies scaling to the current range and a size of the specific part when the data value is not within the current range.
