PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install and fix motor cases in and to a valve housing without dislocating a rotary position of a valve element from a prescribed set position in a flow control valve for rotating the valve element by a servomotor. SOLUTION: An inserting hole 53b for inserting a screw means 6 is formed in an elongate hole shape, and the motor cases 50, 53 and the valve housing 40 are constituted so as to be installed in and fixed to an optional position of a prescribed rotary rangeθby a screw means 6. Thus, since there is no need to position a machine screw inserting hole and a machine screw threadedly engaging part by rotating the motor cases to the valve housing as usual, the rotary position of the valve element can be prevented from being dislocated from the prescribed set position when installing and fixing the motor cases and the valve housing.
