PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device which can correct a blur of an image effectively with small power consumption. SOLUTION: When a subject image is recorded, a blur of the subject image is optically corrected and when the subject image is displayed without being recorded, the blur of the subject image is corrected not optically, but through image signal processing.
