PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed workflow controller which can visually recognize the information on a job that is transmitted to the departments other than its own one in a distributed workflow system and also can unitarily manage the history information on all jobs. SOLUTION: The servers 10 and 20 of this distributed workflow controller have their specific databases 13 and 23 respectively. Then the controller is provided with a propagation means 104 which is prepared to propagate the stored data to the server 20 as the duplication data when the data is stored in the own data base 13, with a means which stores the duplication data sent from the server 20 in the database 13 and a reference control means 12 which controls the reference to the duplication data which are stored in the database 13. |
