<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter that transmits a stored TS packet in the same timing as reception timing of the TS packet. SOLUTION: The transmitter is provided with a counter attachment unit 3 that adds a count of a 1st counter 2 whose count is turned around for a prescribed period to a packet sent from a packet transmitter, a counter separator 8 that writes the packet with the count added thereto a storage medium and separates the packet with the count added thereto read from the storage medium into the count and the packet, a buffer 11 that temporarily stores the separated packet an error detector 4, a counter arithmetic unit 7 that calculates the count on the basis of the count separated by the counter separator and error information detected by the error detector, and a comparator 10 that compares the count fed from the counter arithmetic unit 7 with a count fed from the 2nd counter 9, and the comparator 10 gives a transmission enable signal to the buffer when the counts are coincident and the packet it sent to a packet receiver.</p> |
