摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner manufacturing method which can form efficiently fine particles with fine granulu distribution by enabling it to make highly accurate classification also in the sharp-cut classification. SOLUTION: Colored resin fine particles having a true density 0.3-1.2 g/cm3 are supplied to a raw material feeding nozzle 16, are transported by the air flow flowing inside of the raw material feeding nozzle, are introduced to a classification chamber 32 formed between a Coanda blocking 26 and the sidewall, and are classified by the Coanda effect. The classified colored resin fine particles are separated by a plurality of classification edges 17 and 18 into a rough fine particles group, an inside fine particles group, and a pulverized coal group, and the toner is produced from the separated fine particles group. Then, the outlet flow velocity V1 of an air inlet 14 adjacent to the raw material feed nozzle 16 and the outlet flow velocity V2 of the raw material feeding nozzle are set, so that following relational expression 0.8×V12×cosθ< V1<1.2×V2×cosθis satisfied, (whereθ: the angle between the raw material feed nozzle and the air inlet of the raw material nozzle side).</p>
