PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing an aromatic chloride in which silicon-based high molecular compound having Si-Si coupling is supplied to some waste materials ignited in an incinerator. SOLUTION: The aromatic chloride, in particular, an amount of production of dioxine when the waste materials are ignited is reduced by an inexpensive and convenient step and then re-synthesis of dioxine can be prevented. In addition, same powder materials discharged out of an incinerator, for example, are changed into a stabilization processing form such as a cement solidification to enable an igniting method to be performed for a handling of the solidified material easily carried out and no bad influence is applied to environment.
