PURPOSE: A remote control method of an optical terminal equipment is provided to display connection information on a screen of a computer for remote control, and to automatically connect the computer with a controller of the optical terminal equipment. Therefore, it is possible to control the optical terminal equipment with a simple operation, and to manage an error state of the optical terminal equipment in real time. CONSTITUTION: A computer for control decides whether controller information is inputted(S101). If so, the computer records the controller information on a memory(S102). If the controller information is not inputted, the computer decides whether a controller selecting signal is inputted(S103). If so, the computer loads the controller information, and connects a selected controller with the computer through a modem(S104). The computer compares a password inputted by a monitor with a pre-setup password(S105). If the passwords are same each other, the computer decides whether an operation mode is selected(S106). The computer decides whether an optical terminal equipment selection is inputted(S107). If so, the monitor performs the operation mode selected from the computer(S108). |
