PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid penetrant testing determining jip by which the surface flaw of material to be inspected can be measured quickly and simply, even when the thickness of a member is different. SOLUTION: A material-thickness determining part 2, a linear-defect determining part 3, a circular-defect determining part 4 and a dispersion-defect determining part 5 are provided at a rectangular transparent film 1. The material- thickness determining part 2 is composed of a first thickness determining zone 21, a second thickness determining zone 22 and a third thickness determining zone 23, and it is arranged while the side edge 1c on one side of the transparent film 1 is used as a reference. The linear-defect determine part 3 is composed of a first linear-defect determining zone 31, which is formed inside the first thickness determining zone 21. The determining part 3 is composed of a second linear-defect determining zone 32, which is formed inside the second thickness determining zone 22. The determining part 3 is composed of a third linear-defect determining zone 33 which is formed inside the third thickness determining zone 23. The determining part 3 is arranged, while the side edge 1c, on one side of the transparent film 1 is used as a reference.
