PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide elastic blocks for pavement, which are molded of polyurethane, wherein glass impalpable powder obtained by pulverizing cullet of sheet glasses is used as aggregate, and to solve inconveniences of blocks for pavement using resin concrete, such as spread of rainwater over the surface of the blocks to cause slipperiness on the same due to incapability of quick drainage in the event of rain even by formation of a gap for drainage between the blocks, the conveniences being caused by poor permeability of the blocks. SOLUTION: In the elastic blocks for pavement, which each are a molded product containing glass impalpable powder as aggregate, the grain size of 90% or more of the glass impalpable powder for use in the aggregate is set to 3 mm or less. Then, polyurethane is used as a binder. Further, the mixture ratio in weight of the polyurethane and the glass impalpable powder is set to 100:3-30.
