PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that display unevenness is generated owing to partiality of the polarities since respective rows all have the same polarity for row inversion driving and respective columns all have the same polarity for column inversion driving. SOLUTION: Plural rows or/and columns are made different in the polarity of charging pixels to suppress the partiality of the polarities.
