PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating floor structure allowing to be used even in a place having a high water containing possibility without the fear of deteriorating buffer performance and with little possibility of sinking the floor part due to creep deformation. SOLUTION: In this floating floor structure, a buffer body 1 is disposed on a floor slab S, the floor part F is disposed on the buffer body 1, and the load W of the floor part F is supported through the buffer body 1. In the structure, the buffer body 1 is formed by foamed body having a number of closed cells, a water resisting elastic body 3 having smaller creep deformation than the foamed body 1 is interposed between the floor slab S and the floor part F, and with the compressive deformation of the foamed body 1 due to load W from the floor part F, the elastic body 3 supports the load W.
