PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator superior in heat radiation capability. SOLUTION: A radiator 90 is provided, which is fixed to a CPU device 4 comprising a CPU mounting circuit plate 12 of a personal computer and radiates heat generated at the CPU. A heat radiation board 91 comprising an aluminum extruded section which is provided, on one surface, with a flat heat reception part 91a which makes contact with the CPU device 4 and receives heat generated at the CPU, and a plurality of heat radiation fins 92A and 92B formed as one body on the other surface of heat-radiation board 91 by cutting and raising, are provided.
