PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for promoting (facilitating) the search of information from a network connection information source. SOLUTION: In a step 204, a community search assistant stores an inquiry and the result and in a step 205, it is determined whether a preceding related inquiry is present or not. The reference of determination on whether the inquiry is related or not depends on the 'overlap' of inquiries. In a step 206, related inquiry information is maintained in an inquiry data base together with the inquiry. Next, in a step 207, the inquiry found to have a relation to a presented inquiry is presented to a user by a search interface. At such a time, in a step 208, the user can access one or more identified related inquiries.
