PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically select an economically ideal communication entrepreneur network or economically ideal access point corresponding to the connection destination, by recognizing the present position of a communication terminal for moving object in communication for moving object. SOLUTION: When originating a telephone call to the communication destination, a mobile terminal 1 extracts the area identifier of the communication destination on the basis of the telephone number of the communication destination, extracts the area identifier of a base station 43 of communication entrepreneur network 4 and 5, where the present terminal is positioned, from a received signal, selects the communication entrepreneur network of the lowest communication charge, by retrieving a charge table from the area identifier of the communication destination and the area identifier of the base station for each of the communication entrepreneurs, and connects a telephone set 2 of the communication destination, while using that communication entrepreneur network. Moreover, the mobile terminal extracts the area identifier of the base station from the received signal from the base station, selects and connects the access point of the lowest communication charge by retrieving the charge table, on the basis of that area identifier of the base station.
