PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a system to a portable telephone set and to make a call even if an incoming call arrives at the portable telephone set at the time of listening to a headphone stereo and to listen to the headphone stereo again after the call terminates and to make the call. SOLUTION: A sound signal can be listened to by an earphone with microphone, which is connected to an earphone interface with microphone 12, from a headphone stereo connected to a headphone stereo interface 11. When the incoming call arrives at the portable telephone set, an incoming signal is outputted from an incoming signal detection means 13 and the incoming call is reported from an incoming call notice means 14 through the earphone with microphone. A signal notice means 21 informs the portable telephone set of a call start signal and the system moves to a call state. A switch means 20 changes over the system to a portable telephone set-side. The call terminates by informing the portable telephone set of a call termination signal. When the portable telephone set is in a waiting state, dialing signal is reported to the portable telephone set and the call can be emitted to a prescribed memory dial.
