PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such defects, that in a heater such as lid heater of elec tric rice cooker, aluminum foil is used for adhesion requiring margin for adhe sion and can not recycled due to adhesion of adhesive when discarding. SOLUTION: In the lid heater of an electric rice cooker, the lid heater 7 is molded in a ring shape by heat resisting material and held by a heater holder 9 formed in concave groove at the peripheral. The heater holder 9 is installed on the heater cover 11 being the heating part of the lid heater 7 and mounted to the bottom plate 2a of the structure part, lid 2, by a fitting leg 11a. In the case of a barrel heater 8, a ring shape heater holder 16 having a concave groove at the inside peripheral is used and that is fixed and tightened at the outside peripheral of the inner cooking pot 5a being the heating part.
