PURPOSE: A method for the massive culture of adventitious roots of a wild ginseng by directly inducing the adventitious roots after the induction of callus from tissue of a wild ginseng growing spontaneously in a mountain or inducing the adventitious roots through liquid suspension culture using a bioreactor is provided, which makes it possible to mass produce a wild ginseng at low cost. CONSTITUTION: The method for mass production of adventitious roots of a wild ginseng comprises the steps of: preparing aseptic material by sterilizing a surface of a wild ginseng sample; inducing callus from a medium obtained by adding 1 to 10ppm one or more of growth regulating substances selected from IAS, IBA, NAA or 2,4-D(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) to the aseptic material; inducing fine roots by culturing the induced callus in a medium added with 1 to 10ppm IBA or NAA; and culturing adventitious roots through a bioreactor.
