PURPOSE: Provided is a massage device of a car seat for massaging the back of a driver or a seated person, which can reduce remarkably fatigue and a pain caused by long time driving. CONSTITUTION: The massage device comprises: a guide rail(17) mounted in the back(5) of the car seat; a lifting block(20) which is slid by coupling the guide rail(17); a lifting means, coupled with the lifting block(20), for moving up and down the lifting block(20) along the guide rail(17); vibrational acupressure caps(40) projected forward from the lifting block(20); heaters fixed in the acupressure caps(40); a plurality of electromagnets which are mounted on the acupressure caps(40) and the lifting block(20) and faced with each other; springs mounted elastically between the acupressure caps(40) and the lifting block(20).
