PURPOSE: A portable wireless music information providing system and a method thereof are provided to download a wanted music in real time or at wanted time point by downloading the wanted music from a service providing server during listening a music program. CONSTITUTION: A portable wireless music information providing system includes a broadcasting server(100), a service providing server(200), a portable music playback device(300), and an Internet terminal(400). At this time, the broadcasting server(100), the service providing server(200), and the portable music playback device(300) communicate by wireless each other, and the Internet terminal(400) accesses to the broadcasting server(100) through an Internet(500). A signal generating device(120) of the broadcasting server(100) transmits a starting signal and a finishing signal to the portable music playback device(300), and transmits time information of the starting signal and the finishing signal to the service providing server(200). A subscriber management server(110) provides an Internet selection of music information, a music file related information, and a music file to the service providing server(200). The portable music playback device(300) transmits a marking signal and a final confirmation signal to the service providing server(200), and the service providing server(200) transmits a final confirmation signal demand signal and the music file to the portable music playback device(300), and transmits a transmission list, a recording information, and an accounting information to the subscriber management server(110).
