PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a millimeter wave radar performing a distance measurement or the like by FM-CM method, having effectiveness such as resistance to disturbance noise, and performing a data communication in a spectrum diffusion method having a surface acoustic wave convolver arranged in a correlation circuit. SOLUTION: The pseudo noise code oscillator of a spectrum diffusion transmitter is driven by the distributed signal of a base carrier, and the reverse diffusion circuit of the spectrum diffusion receiver performs a reverse diffusion by use of the surface acoustic wave convolver 19 equipped with first and second surface acoustic wave converters for exciting first and second surface acoustic waves, respectively, and an output electrode arranged between the first surface acoustic wave converter and the second surface acoustic wave converter, and the reverse diffusion can be performed also by use of IC as substituting means. |
