PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily revise each channel frequency and each radiation area about a control channel and a plurality of communication channels managed in the unit of control channels. SOLUTION: In the case of forming the mobile communication system that sets up respective communications between a base station and plural mobile stations 4 through any of communication channels managed in the unit of control channels on the basis of control information sent/received between the base station 1 and the mobile stations 4 via the control channel 2, the channel frequency and the radiation area 6 of the control channel are revised according to an instruction from a channel control station 8. The channel frequency and the radiation area of the communication channel 3 managed in the unit of the control channels can autonomously be revised depending on the revision of the channel frequency and the radiation area of the control channel 2.
