PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the checked result of the height limit of a component is hard to see and is missed. SOLUTION: An area limited in the height of a component to be packaged on a printed circuit board is set, the relative relation between heights of a curved surface expressing the upper limit value of the height in this area and of the component to be packaged in the area having the limit of the height is converted to three-dimensional(3D) shape data by a 3D data processing part, and these 3D shape data are displayed on a 3D data display part. The violation of the height limitation can be visually and intuitively grasped.
