PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and structure for heating and cooling house, by which radiant heating and cooling can be realized through the use of a room air conditioner. SOLUTION: The warm air or cold air blowing from a room air conditioner 41 is boosted, by sucking the air by means of a fan 42 and made to flow to an under floor space 21 formed on one side of a radiating surface (flooring material 31) and a living room space 1 formed above the flooring material 31 is heated or cooled by the radiation from the material 31. A heating and cooling structure is constituted, in such a way that the under floor space 21 is formed on one side of the flooring material 31, and the warm air or cold air blown out of the air conditioner 41 installed at a position separated from the surface of the material 31 is sucked by means of the fan 42 and supplied to the under floor space 21.
