PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain stable surface frictional resistance force for a long period by specifying a concrete and quantitative appropriate relationship between a shaft rotation supporting member and a shaft member. SOLUTION: The strain distribution rate of the shaft rotation supporting member 20 being a resin member is suppressed to 15% or below, so that the shaft rotation supporting member 20 is favorably tightly stuck to the shaft member 10 by internal stress generated by the interference of molding shrinkage of the resin material. The strain distribution generated in the shaft rotation supporting member 20 is approximately uniformed based on the internal stress, and stable surface frictional resistance force can be retained for a long period with few wear. A required surface frictional resistance force can be set by the uniform strain distribution, and insufficient rotation may be hardly caused at the beginning of rotation, and stick-slip may not be generated. |
