PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make executable continuous printing operation over a long period of time while maintaining toner concentration and volume of developer at a normal value. SOLUTION: In the device, a concentration sensor 11y and a level sensor 12y to measure the toner concentration and the volume of the developer in a storing tank 3y are provided and the volume and the toner concentration of the developer inside the storing tank 3y are maintained within a specified range by driving to control a carrier feeding pump 6 and a toner feeding pump 7y in real time based on measured values detected by the sensors 11y and 12y during printing operation and feeding concentrated toner or liquid carrier to the storing tank 3y. The rest period for adjustment of the developer solution is unnecessitated by performing concentration and volume adjustment in real time during the printing operation, so that the continuous printing operation over a long period of time is made possible.
