PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical closure having a space saving tray supporting mechanism capable of being compactly housed and also to prevent an unexpected fall of a tray during work in the tray supporting mechanism of the optical closure. SOLUTION: A first tray supporting plate 22, a second tray supporting plate 24 and a third tray supporting plate 26 which are laminated, and caulking pins 23, 25 which mutually and rotatably connect these adjacent tray supporting plates in the state that the plates are kept in parallel are provided in the tray supporting mechanism 18. The second tray supporting plate 24 and the third tray supporting plate 26 are slid and moved relative to the adjacent tray supporting plate in addition to the above mentioned rotation in the state that the plates are superposed each other at the caulking pins 23, 25 being respective connecting parts.
