PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with structure for draining water such as entering rainwater by allowing a venting layer formed in an outer wall to communicate with the fresh air without sacrificing the beauty of the building even in the case of an overhung-shaped outer-wall part, and outer wall venting drainage hardware that is suited for such application. SOLUTION: In an outer wall 3A at a balcony part 3 of a housing 1, a vertical burring strip material 105 is included between an outer-wall ground material 104 and a siding board 106, and a venting layer 107 is formed. At the lower portion of the balcony part 3, a circulation gap 113 for connecting the venting layer 107 to the outside is composed by the siding board 106 and an eaves-back finishing material 108, fitting 10 where a slit-shaped through hole and a cutout 20 are provided on a first surface part 12 and a second surface part 13 that opposes the first surface part 12, respectively, is mounted to the part, and the fresh air communicates with the venting layer 107 through the hardware 10.
