PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head treating method and a pile head treating member capable of easily treating a pile head for a cast-in-place pile, securing the quality of the pile head, reducing the cost by decreasing the occurrence of wastes as well as a pile head treating member to be used for treating method. SOLUTION: By installing a plurality of pile head treating members 5 at the upper portion of a steel bar cage 2 to a ring shape, an outer cylindrical portion 20 surrounding the outer side of the upper portion of the steel bar cage 2 and an inner cylindrical portion 19 located at intervals from the steel bar cage at the inner side of the upper portion of the steel bar cage 2 are formed respectively, concrete is placed and extra fill portions of concrete C1, C2, C3 are formed inside and outside of outer cylindrical portion 20 and the inner cylindrical portion 19, and after the hardening of the concrete, the extra fill portions of concrete C1, C2, C3 and the pile head treating members 5 constituting the outer cylindrical portion 20 and the inner cylindrical portion 19 are sequentially demolished from the outer side.
