Ultimate strength of shroud material upon tempering (annealing) at connector soldering temperature is minimum 3200 kg/sq. cm and temperature coefficient of linear expansion of glass is chosen from ratio of temperature coefficient of alloy to that of glass being equal to or greater than 2, where temperature coefficient of linear expansion of alloy equals (230-260)x10-7 °C-1 and that of glass, (100-120)x10-7 °C-1.
